The Passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, 1926–2022

It is with sadness that the Architectural Association has learnt of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen's 70 year reign spanned a period of considerable change, and her public service provided support for countless charitable organisations, building initiatives, and international communication and diplomacy. Her death marks the end of a significant chapter in British history.
