Kai Yam Wong is recorded as a student from Hong Kong enrolled on the 1963-64 postgraduate General Course run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Studies, in London. He is noted as having given a talk to the Royal Society of Arts, on the topic of ‘The Work of the Hong Kong Housing Authority’, in 1964, and appears to have remained in the United Kingdom until at least the late 1960s. Details of his earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us.
