Otto Koenigsberger. Sitting Room, Mysore Palace, c1941

Set of design drawings proposing the conversion of a bedroom into a sitting room for the Maharaja of Mysore,  Mysore Palace, Karnataka, India, 1941. Comprises four sheets of  elevations in pencil, ink and watercolour, together with one sheet bearing floor plan, indicating furniture and fittings and a reflected ceiling plan. All drawings are signed M. Ramachandra Rao and dated 31st October 1941 on the top left, with Otto Koenigsberger's initials above the epithet 'Government Architect' on the top right.
